| The Latest At The Balcony... |
November 23, 2011 Lilith Langtree's "Passion and Purpose" has now been added to her page! As far as lack of updates and such I apologize due finances and software issues.
December 15, 2010 Ellen's "Tuck Season, Wabbit Season, Tuck Season" is now up to date! As far as lack of updates and such I apologize mostly to ongoing issues discussed more in depth here if anyone cares to actually listen, which I doubt.
August 2, 2010 Well I've gone and done it now! After searching around high and low in the recesses of my dusty hard drive I rounded up all the stories and such and finally got around to finishing the whole Seasons Collection page, to date, with the following stories added:
"Seasons Greetings: A Carol Christmas" "A Christmas Season" "A Season Of Fear" "Failed Season: Lora's Story" "Tuck Season, Wabbit Season, Tuck Season" Part 9 and 10 new
There continues to be more authors jumping on Lilith's Center Universe bandwagon so check them out over at BigCloset TopShelf! Don't forget the Gameroom either!
July 23, 2010 Slowly but surely here is another long overdue update with the wonderful story "Either Do It Right Or Don't Do It At All" by Lilith Langtree. Also there is a new fanfiction story from Lilith's Center Universe over at Erin's wonderful site BigCloset TopShelf! Also remember in the Gameroom are severel new online games and music videos.
July 21, 2010 I have done some updating to the site here and there without any posting to this page however at this time the updates to note are the completion of the fabulous story, "The Center" by Lilith. This has started a wellspring of fanfiction from new and established authors that can be found at Erin's wonderful site BigCloset TopShelf! Also updated in the Gameroom are severel new online games and music videos that I have run across that appeal to me that I hope you enjoy also!
November 17, 2009 While not a new author, I have gone back and done a huge update with bringing Rebekkah DeMere's long and wonderful masterpiece, "The Eight Dragon's Trilogy" back to the balcony with new illustrations and easy reading online of the complete books as well as text versions for easy download to handheld devices or just those that prefer the simple text without all the graphics. You can find all three books here! Be sure to let her know her classic is still a favorite by sending her a simple email and as always, feedback about my site or any of the wonderful author's posted here is appreciated.
November 6, 2009 Now it's time for a real update!
I would like to welcome Lilith Langtree to the library of quality authors here at the Balcony! For her first story here at the Balcony, here is the enthralling tale "The Center! Look for this and other stories to come from this talented author on her Story Page.
October 29, 2009 Yep! She's at it again!
Sorry but nothing fabulously shiny today as far as updates. However I have redesigned the TG Stories Page to reflect old classics or authors who have passed away as well as set it up for new authors coming soon to the Balcony. As always the currency for admission is simple support and constructive criticism or even pointing out my many flaws on the site.
October 27, 2009 No she didn't did she?!?! She just did two updates in a row?! Zomg!
Yes, I know it sounds crazy from someone who hasn't done squat about her site in a very long time but I updated the site today with getting Ellen's Page up to date with her Tuck Saga to the latest chapter. PLUS I have now posted her story set in the Seasons Manor Universe, "Tuck Season, Wabbit Season, Tuck Season" up to the current certified chapter eight. In addition Tuck's page in the Alternate Universes section has been updated and current.
October 26, 2009 Well what can I say? It's been ages. I'm sure no one really needs to hear about my life so onto the new stuff added to the site. No stories at the moment though I have some thoughts along those lines so we will see. For now I have gone through and replaced and added new vids to The Music Room!
For those who missed it when I started it, this is a page where I have put online music videos or songs from some of my favorites. Feedback and support are yummy and delicious even though I'm on a diet so bring em on so that I might be motivated to continue with updates to the site and maybe more work on my own main story. Otherwise I'm sure to feed my obvious addiction to World Of Warcraft...
August 5, 2008 More Vids added to The Music Room! This is simply a page where you can view music videos or hear songs from artists that have caught my fancy. This page is also accessible from The Gameroom as well. Feedback and support are yummy so that I might be motivated to continue with updates to the site and maybe another chapter of my main story. Otherwise I might continue my ongoing passion for World Of Warcraft...
May 15, 2008 Sadly, I don't have another chapter of "Footprints In The Fog." However, on a whim I have finally added a new section to the site! Introducing The Music Room! This is simply a page where you can view music videos or hear songs from mostly mainstream artists that have caught my fancy. This page is also accessible from The Gameroom as well. As always,h opefully with a bit of feedback and support I might continue with updates to the site and maybe another chapter of my main story. (HINT) Otherwise I might continue to be dragged back to my ongoing passion for World Of Warcraft...
January 10, 2008 A hopefully long awaited beginning of a story from yours truly "Footprints In The Fog." Hopefully with a bit of feedback and support I might continue with this story.
March 10, 2007 For those few still around here's the newest from Ellen: "Tuck It Like A Man." Of course, I've also gotten the rest of Tuck updated as well. In other news, well as most of you know Real Life trumps fantasy and fiction every time, unless you have a permanent room at the asylum. Hence not a lot if anything going on with the Balcony. My reading interests have moved beyond most of what I used to read including the majority of stories on this site and other similiar sites. Also with a total blackout as far as feedback or even a "where is she now?" type of interest, I haven't felt too behoven to keep any particular updates going. Besides other sites are doing a fabulous job of keeping some of the fiction going and are exceedingly more popular than my own humble creation. I have had a tiny bit of muse in writing something of my own, but am unsure of the dynamics to get what perculates in my brain onto print. Anywho, again thanks for those who stop by and I'll try to keep in touch!
November 7, 2006 Okies just a little something to tide you over! A huge thanks goes to everyone who joined in on the chat over at Big Closet. Check out My Muse for a bit of detail. Other than that, I'll get more soon!
July 10, 2006 Damn! It has been a bit frustrating with RL and trying to fit the site into the midst of it! First of all, apologies to readers and author alike for the delay in getting Mark's latest out, but due to a slight PDA/Desktop communication mishap recently, I lost the final edited draft of his story, leaving me with only about half of the file edited. Even though the edits needed are fairly simple and do not take away from the story at all and though I have tried to go back and finish it again, time and reality have encroached on my ability to get it done a second time, so I will not hold it any longer and put it out here for you at least in a HUGE RTF file for download. So without further ado, I am hugely proud to announce the release of Mark McDonald's crowning conclusion to an already awesome trilogy, "Skin Deep III: The Vulture And The Sunrise"
For those who have grown to love Mark's enthralling tale, don't despair when finished with the Trilogy! I already have in hand a first draft of his next captivating story!
And if that huge chunk of good fiction isn't enough to keep you busy, Ellen's latest in the always enthralling Tuck Saga is now available, "Tuck You Long Enough"
Hopefully life won't keep me away from the site too long and a little bit of support transfers to a great deal of motivation, so feel free to stop by and let me know your thoughts about the site! It is always appreciated!
July 4, 2006 Not much to add today as most of my time has been put toward looking for a new job and other mundane things, but I have added on the Links Page a new and important {to me anyway} link to a free online RPG game that I am playing entitled "Gothador". If you are even remotely interested, then please go and start playing! It's easy and there is multitudes of support from the moderators and players alike. While I never ask for donations or even begin to think of charging for this site, it will help me and my game character out if you go and enjoy this recommended and fun game.
In a more interesting note, I am sad to say there will be a further delay in the release of Skin Deep III due to the fact that I lost the final edit of the story which set back the editing involved by a couple of weeks. However it will still be well worth the wait for the heartwrenching conclusion to the trilogy!
While you still wait be sure to check out the sneak peek of the first unedited chapter of "Skin Deep III: The Vulture And The Sunrise"!
If you haven't done so already, check out the first two books in the trilogy, found on Mark's page
The Balcony continues slowly with more changes and new stories and features so please let me know your thoughts. Your support is needed and appreciated!
June 12, 2006 First and foremost is a brand new chapter of Tuck from Ellen Hayes! Events are coming to a boil in this new enthralling chapter of the fascinating and beloved Saga!
They say that patience is a virtue, well I ask for a little more patience in the upcoming release of Mark McDonald's third book in the Skin Deep Trilogy. This LARGE book is currently still in editing, but it will be well worth the wait for the conclusion to this thrilling trilogy!
However, as I said, patience is a virtue and here is a little reward. An sneak peek preview of the first unedited chapter of "Skin Deep III: The Vulture And The Sunrise"!
Don't forget to check out the preceeding two books in the trilogy, both located on Mark's page
The Balcony continues with new stories and more changes, please let me know what you think. Your support is ALWAYS appreciated!
May 31, 2006 Well, things are moving along for the upcoming exclusive release of the long awaited "Skin Deep III: The Vulture and The Sunrise" by Mark McDonald, which will be well worth the two year wait for this excellent conclusion in this engaging trilogy!
In the meantime check out the first two books in the trilogy, both located on Mark's page
Please don't forget about the ongoing changes to the Balcony and letting me know what you think. Your support is ALWAYS appreciated!
May 9, 2006 OK! My muse is still running strong, so you can see a lot of changes on the site, mostly the main menu pages. I am getting ready to move on to the secondary pages which includes the author and story pages.
After you check out some of the main pages for the new site designs, wander over to the TG Library page and check out a long overdue story addition from Brandy DeWinter! I have updated all of her pages to the new site specs and have added her story, S.M.I.T.E. 2 - Pheromone Pharmacopia!
Well, while it doesn't seem a lot with only one older story posted, there has been a lot going on behind the scenes and I hope you stick with me for more of the exciting changes coming very soon to the Balcony!
As always with a lot is going on at the Balcony right now your feedback is always appreciated and welcome!
May 5, 2006 Well, it seems that a little bit of feedback and a tad bit of encouragement goes a long way to kick starting my muse!
The Balcony is heading in a new direction and I hope you stay on for the ride. As you can see if you are reading this, there are significant changes in the layout and design of the site that I have struggled with in the recent past, but is now clearly taking shape. While there will be a great deal to do, I now have a clearer idea of my motivations and hopefully the site will continue to take shape slowly, but definitely surely.
Now I know that some of the stories I will be posting are only new to the Balcony, but hopefully you will enjoy them again even if you have already read them. If you haven't read them before, then enjoy!
Going back to the beginning for this author, I am happy to be posting Julie O's excellent freshman work, "The Scholarship"! Enjoy this wonderful tale of coming of age and don't forget to offer your two pence to the author as that is the coin of the realm! You can find this tale on Julie's Page in the TG Library OR you can use the main menu to your left to go to the story DIRECTLY by using your mouse to select 'Stories' then 'TG Library' and 'Julie O.' and finally 'The Scholarship'! See! New and fun goodness!
Again, a lot is going on at the Balcony right now and your feedback is always appreciatted and welcome!
April 30, 2006 Just to let you know that I am still around and the Balcony is not dead, just neglected and disinteresting, here is the newest chapter in the fascinating Tuck Saga, "On The Turning Away" .
On a lesser note, I have neglected the site due to artists block and lack of feedback or seeming interest. I have been involved in an ongoing redesign of the site and have had some trouble compiling the images and feel for the new site and it has affected any updates. Sorry, but life goes on and so do my interests and desires. I am definitely moving away from being interested in probably 99% of the TG stories out there due to lack of real content and story lines, so that probably means that the site will reflect that as well in respect to story content. As some may have noticed in the past that I have pulled some authors, though that was mostly due to stagnate story plots or they may be no longer writing. However that also means that those who are left are even more talented and artistic. Anyway, if this does not suit some who have come by, well sorry, but it is MY site and I'll cry if I want to.
Enough said, so go enjoy Tuck and don't forget that this tale most of all deserves your support, and that means a little more than just an email or two. *Winks*
January 15, 2006 The muse strikes again, so today's is once more from me! You can find another new poem entitled 'Trails In The Mist' on Beverly's Page.

Also a link to the trailer of the new TG film "TransAmerica", due out in December, has been added to the Links Page.
October 11, 2005 More technical, behind the scene, updates recently to bring the site up to the current configurations and look.
